I had the pleasure of meeting Thembsia S. Mshaka last week at a music panel held at the Apollo. She was the moderator and during the  of the discussion she was signing copies of her book  Put Your Dreams First:Handle Your Entertainment Business. She was very pleasant and down to earth. “you know when you get old in life things get taken from you that’s apart of life,but you only learn that when you start losing stuff”

I stumbled across this great speech by Al Pacino in the movie “Any Given Sunday”. The line that sticks out the most for me is when he says “the margin for error is very thin”. I was talking about this with friends of mine last week. I started thinking about choices and how in reality the smallest choice can cause such a big impact in one’s life. Its like you can be very cautious,but sometimes the margin is so thin that it  does not make a difference. Well check out this video and let me know what you think.
